ChieF Executive officer

Chance to Shine is currently recruiting for the role of Chief Executive Officer. Generous Employer Pension

We pay employer pension contributions of 8% into our pension scheme administered by Legal & General. It is a non-contributory scheme, which means that the scheme is totally funded by Chance to Shineand that you do not need to make a personal contribution, however you are able opt to sacrifice your salary for increased pension contributions.

WeCare - online GP, mental health support and virtual wellbeing

WeCare provides an extensive range of virtual services delivering holistic support to improve the medical, mental, legal and financial wellbeing of today’s employees. Available through a simple app, WeCare provides easy access to 24/7 GP consultations, mental health support, get fit programmes and much more.

Enhanced maternity/adoption pay

We offer enhanced company maternity/adoption pay subject to qualifying criteria. We pay 8 weeks at full pay, followed by 8 weeks at half pay and the remaining 31 weeks at statutory maternity/adoption pay.

Enhanced Paternity Pay

We offer enhanced company paternity pay subject to qualifying criteria. We will make up the difference between statutory pay and your basic salary so you will receive full pay for 2 weeks.

Life Assurance and long term sickness insurance

We offer Life Assurance at four times your basic salary and insurance to cover you if you are sick long term.
