We encourage anyone who wishes to give feedback, suggest improvements, raise an issue or complaint about any Chance to Shine activity to share this with us. There are a number of ways to do so, outlined in full in our Complaints Policy, including filling out this form which is send directly to our Director of Finance and Resources . The Complaints Policy outlines our approach to confidentiality, reviewing complaints and taking action.
We also have a Whistleblowing Policy which includes how to report any serious concerns about discrimination, malpractice or wrongdoing occurring within Chance to Shine, our programmes or at our events. There are a number of ways to report a concern within the policy.
