Our unique fundraising events are always a memorable occasion, and raise vital funds to help children discover the joy of cricket.
We can’t wait to welcome you to Chance to Dine, our flagship fundraising dinner in the iconic Lord’s Long Room.
Enjoy an unforgettable evening of cricket and fine dining as former international cricketers swap their bats for aprons and compete in the kitchen. Returning champion Darren Gough will take on former England internationals Lydia Greenway and Steven Finn, with Celebrity Chef and TV Star Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and renowned broadcaster, former MCC Chairman and Chance to Shine Founder Mark Nicholas joining the judging panel. You’ll taste and score each course before helping crown the 2026 champion.
By joining us, you’ll enjoy an exceptional evening of food, entertainment and networking while helping Chance to Shine inspire young people through cricket.
With just a handful of places remaining, we are offering individual tickets, so you can join us in a way that suits.

Join us at the Lord’s Performance Centre for a fun-filled, high-energy day of cricket.
Whether you’re a seasoned player or brand new to the game, this event promises non-stop excitement and a brilliant cricketing experience. Get ready for friendly competition, team spirit, and unforgettable moments on and off the pitch!
There’s chance for some unbeatable team building with colleagues, partners and clients, and an opportunity to play with or against a VIP professional cricketer. The afternoon will culminate with a special reception with food, drinks and awards overlooking the Home of Cricket.
